1.标语主题鲜明。要求理念前瞻、定位准确，能充分体现株洲北斗产业园的基本情况、发展定位；内容切合实际，体现株洲北斗产业园的独特性、差异性，高度概括园区的产业优势和特色。

1. The slogan should have a clear theme.

It is required that the concept should be forward-looking and accurate, which can fully reflect the basic situation and development orientation of Zhuzhou Beidou Industrial Park. The content should be practical, which can reflect the uniqueness and differences of Zhuzhou Beidou Industrial Park, and highly summarize the industrial advantages and characteristics of the park.

2.易于传播推广。要求大气响亮、简洁明了、朗朗上口、便于传播，具有很强的传播力、吸引力和感染力，适合各类媒体传播推广。例如：天上星星参北斗，北斗园区看株洲。不限体裁，中英双语2种版本，一般不超过16个字。

2. The slogan should be easy to spread.

It is required to be loud, concise, catchy, easy to spread, with strong communication power, attraction and appeal, and suitable for all kinds of media. For example: The stars in the sky participate in the Beidou, and whenever the Beidou Industrial Park is mentioned, it is Zhuzhou Beidou Industrial Park. Any literature genre is welcome, both the Chinese and English versions need to be supplied, and the words number is generally no more than 16 words.

3.内容自主原创。宣传标语必须为原创，不得侵犯第三方权利。需提供200字左右的创意说明，阐述创作思路、理念、具体含义。

Publicity slogans must be original innovation and shall not infringe the rights of third parties. It is necessary to provide a illustrative description of about 200 words to explain the creative ideas, implied thoughts and specific meanings.

一等奖1名，奖金人民币10000元；二等奖2名，奖金人民币5000元；入围奖10名，奖金人民币1000元。

1.活动面向社会各界广泛征集，活动不收报名费，所投稿件概不退还，作品可以以个人名义或团体名义提交。

1. This solicitation activity is widely solicited from all walks of life. There is no registration fee for participation, and all submitted works will not be returned. Works can be submitted in the name of individuals or groups.

2.所有应征者投稿次数为一次，不超过三件作品。

2. Each candidate only has one submission time, containing no more than three works.

3.获奖作品如涉及著作权、版权纠纷等法律问题均由作者本人负责。所有应征作品不得侵犯他人知识产权，一经发现，将取消资格，已发放奖金即原额追回。由此引起的纠纷，其法律和民事责任均由作者承担。

3. If the winning works involve copyright, copyright disputes and other legal issues, the author shall be responsible for them. All the works shall not infringe the intellectual property rights of others. Once found, they will be disqualified and the original amount of the bonus will be refunded. The author shall bear the legal and civil liabilities for the disputes arising therefrom.

4.入选作品的全部著作权归主办单位所有，有权对入选作品进行发表、复制、修改、应用而无需征得应征者的同意，不再另付稿酬、奖励。应征者也不得再自行使用或转让给第三方。

4. All the copyrights of the selected works belong to the organizer. The organizer has the right to publish, copy, modify and apply the selected works without the consent of the candidate. No additional remuneration or reward will be paid. The candidate shall not use or transfer it to a third party.

5.若有内容相同或相似的作品，以电子邮件首先到达者为准(依电子邮件收到时间先后为序)。

6.获奖作品涉及的费用均指税前金额，个人所得税由活动主办方代扣代缴。
